Eric Greiner - Principal Designer
With over 20 years of experience in design, including residential renovations, interior design, and event planning and styling, I have been inspired to extend my services to help you bring your visions to life. I have completed numerous projects for myself, family, friends, and business partners, and now I am excited to work with you to create your dream home or unforgettable event. Not to mention my husband told me I'm finished designing our spaces!

Additionally, I have lived in Chicago, New York, and Palm Springs, and have been influenced by various design styles. My Iowa roots came calling in my 30s and I made a move back to small town, country life. I now split my time between small town USA and the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri.

I specialize in transforming homes, spaces, and events in unique ways that my clients never thought possible. My approach is to understand you, the event, the outcome you expect. When it comes to your home, or an outdoor space I take the time to understand how each client uses their space, what they like and dislike about it, and then focus on the function before discussing the aesthetics. I cater to a wide range of styles, from minimalist to maximalist, and take the time to get to know my clients' personalities, interests, and inspirations to create a vision they will love, for the day of the event or for years to come.
My Goal: Capture the feeling that resonates with my clients and translate it into their physical environment. I prioritize practicality over impractical design trends and focus on creating enduring designs. I make design accessible and enjoyable. It's not about the brand or the label, it's about the feeling and experience.

Lake of the Ozarks
The Osage Beach Project was one that turned a very livable, but very dated home into a highly functioning and relaxing environment for family, friends, and new acquaintances. Inspired by Japandi design concepts, I desired a muted space that enveloped you in a sense of calm immediately upon entering. I transformed every inch of this property to be the peaceful respite our busy family desired.
Southeast Iowa
This project was a labor of love. I worked closely with my husband to create a functional, vibrant gathering space for our family of 4 kids, countless dogs, relatives and friends. Our property went from an unlivable, unkept home from 1960 to a lively hub that hosts many great holidays and parties. Most importantly we take the energy from our busy lives and find the space and comfort from design to connect nightly at our home.
Palm Springs - California
The Palm Springs California project was my first major home renovation. I transformed a house that no one was willing to touch into a beautiful, mid-century masterpiece. When the property was purchased it was a transient home site to various wanderers living in the California desert. The end result became a home that shared many memories and laughs in the sunshine.
